skim is my main way of turning PDFs into text notes.

now that i am working on a thesis, i need to handle lots of text notes, so i
want to import them into scrivener.

the best way to do this would be to turn the notes into a multimarkdown file.
so, whereas skim exports notes in a format like this

*Highlight <filename>, page xxx

i would like to switch the format to

# <filename>, page xxx #

followed by two carriage returns!

is there a way to specify the format of the exported notes?

does anyone have a simple idea for how to convert the note file?

thanks for your help (and for a great app),

cheers,

birksworks
