Hi, all I did was save the pdf under a new name. In any case, I tried again with the pdf you sent me and I can annotate even without saving it first under a new name. I also examined the pdf with Acrobat and there are no security settings that could prevent the notes from being added. Very strange... not sure what to make of this. Taking the list back in (cc) maybe someone there has an idea what could cause this.
