Apparently it *is* saved. However, it may not be displayed. This is because the 
saving of the rotation of the page and the notes is not done the same way (the 
rotation of the page is undone when saving), so the bounds of the note are 
saved incorrectly. However, this is done by Appl'es PDFKit, not by pour code, 
so there's nothing we can do. Apple has to fix this. I'll file a bug report 
with Apple.
