this would be yur free option.
From a
business model point of view- yes the cost of streaming is gonna come down.
Bandwidth will get ceaper. But it depends on requirements and traffic, and there
is no such thing a free ride!
Free
serving will be on very busy and potentially unreliable servers- look at the
multitude of free web space out there and often this is the case- or you have to
suffer someone elses advertising. However for small personel projects or for
very low trafficed sites then it may be sufficient
