Sometimes it's better to have another company competing with you within your
particular market niche. I don't think first to market is that big a deal
anymore. You can scope that company, check theirt pricing, see what their
consumers like/dislike, and come up with new ideas that may prove to be real
barriers to entry.

Go get 'em.
