I have changed the default zoom on my copy of the program by using "save 
options" when at a different zoom, so I don't remember what the default 
originally was, but the easiest way is to use the numbered buttons on the 
upper half of the right toolbar.  If none of those is your default zoom, you 
can use the plain magifying glass to get whatever field width you want.
