Did you ever have any luck with this? I tried the same thing with 
the geo.tle with no result even with the magnitudes set to 99.

Just to be sure, I updated Quicksat to 2.15L but this made no 
difference.

Curiously AO-49 isn't in geo.tle, but it is in other tle files. I 
think this is because in the calendar/art sat dialog it often shows 
one line from the last refresh in the result list. If I do enough 
refreshes using different tle's I eventually get a memory fault so 
there is probably an index bug of some kind.

This isn't the problem using the geo.tle, though. If you look in 
Output.txt there is no result from quicksat. So either the 
parameters being sent to it are wrong, or it doesn't think they can 
be seen for some reason. I myself am curious where various satellite 
tv and internet satellites are to see if I have line of site.
