Patrick,
I am running it on Windows XP pro. There are four issues I have found since I upgraded to Win XP Pro. These issues may have been discussed here before, but I can't find anything on the website or here about this. If the answers are here, please provide me the info again. First I get the following error when I try to use the realistic planet images option: Exception EOSError in module planetrender.dll at 0000B4BA. The second issue is that it displays all five of Uranus' bright moons, but two of them you cannot click on them to get any info. The third issue is that it does not have the bright moon of Neptune, Triton. Even thought it is brighter than some moons of other planets that are included. Finally, there are errors in the GCVS data. The following stars are ploted incorrectly as northern sky stars. Maybe a sign got changed from - to + : R OCT S OCT W OCT Y OCT Z OCT RS OCT RT OCT RU OCT RW OCT RZ OCT ST OCT SU OCT TX OCT UY OCT VW OCT BP OCT BQ OCT BZ OCT CG OCT CL OCT SIGMA OCT Again if this has been addressed before, I appologize, but I can find any fix info. I do not want to upgrade to V3 unitl it is fully beta tested. As far as what I have tried to do to fix this: 1 - Reinstalled software and optional bits. 2 - tried to edit the dat files, but they are in code so I don't know how to correct them (I am not a programer :-( ). 3 - reran the service pact updates for XP. I hope you can help. This is great software otherwise. You have don't great work for something that is free! Don Stevens [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------ Yahoo!
