A number of things can cause these errors. Will any other programs communicate with the LX200? If not I am sure you have checked for the obvious such as correct comm. Settings and bad cables. Check for other programs hogging the serial port. PDAs are good at taking over a port and not releasing it for other use. What have you tried thus far?
