Patrick was extra sneaky on this one. He hid the default options in a
file called "default.opt" in your Ciel directory ;)
Other files you may want to save:
prefs.opt (seems to be similar to default.opt I'm not sure what the
diff is)
observatoires.dat (your location and related data is stored here)
CustColor.dat (if you changed the color of anything)
horizon_xxx.txt (whatever you called your horizon file, if you made
one)
Customized bitmaps in the "starshape" folder, if you made any.
If you made customized constellations, I think those are stored in the
.ciel\data\constellation folder.
