All bets are off if you want to run in native 64bit mode. AFAIK Borland have still to get round to releasing 64bit versions of Delphi/Kylix, regardless of OS. Well, that was as of 15/10/04, see bottom of page http://www.itwriting.com/borlandsdo3.php
Shouldn't be a problem if you simply want it to run in 32bit mode.
