John, This looks to become a reality. The OIG has been threatening this since October and now indicate this is going to happen. The work around is to sign up and get an account with Space Track http://www.space-track.org/perl/login.pl . From there you will need to manually download the tle's into CdC. Get the three line elements, the ones with the name and strip off the top two lines. This works well. Possibly sometime in the future there will be a utility to log into Space Track and retrieve the desired tle's. Remember that even though you get predictions, the agreement between you and the US government (Space Track) forbid you from sharing these predictions. Hopefully some of these restrictions will be relaxed in the near future.
