It is probably a composite of several images with some poetic license. Between the hills/mountains just over the Singapore Airlines logo, lower right, there seems to be a setting sun or somebody's house on fire. Also those stars in that area did not trail. Proper motion matches the earth? I must check my Hip catalog.
