Hi Folks
I've put the latest version of NTC on our server. I have also
fixed a bug that prevented CDC from doing a GOTO to a scope.
Also, there is support for a Skywatcher SkyScan controller.
Support for Celestron scopes is there but hasn't been tested.
Patrick, have you fixed the ScopeSetObs issue, I also need to
pass back the timezone of the remote scope to CDC as well.
