Hi michael >So what is NTC?
Well to be short, Network Telescope Control comes in two parts, the server and the client. The server is connected to the telescope and also is connected to a network. At the other end the client is connected to a computer which then connects to the remote telescope and controls it. With CDC I have created a plug-in that allows a user with CDC to connect to a remote telescope and use CDC to slew the scope to a object displayed on the desktop. The only problem is allowing the remote connection informing CDC of the location and time zone of the remote scope so that CDC can update the sky display. NTC will check to see if CDC is installed on your system and instal the plug in for CDC. If it does this, you then go to the telescope menu and choose the NTC plugin.
