Hi Everyone I am a new user of Cartes du Ciel. I am using the interface for LX200 systems V1.5.1g to control a Bartels Scope.exe system. My problem is the (North, South, East, West) buttons move the telescope in the opposite directions. For example if I click North the scope moves South. What is interesting is if I move the scope with the Bartels handpad the scope moves in the correct directions and CDC tracks it correctly. If I ask CDC to move the scope to the current object or move to the cursor position the telescope goes in the correct direction. It is only the direction buttons that are reversed. If I check the swap buttons option the button position is changed but the behaviour is the same. I am in Melbourne Australia (Southern hemisphere). My question is. Is this normal? Is there a configuration setting I can change to reverse the direction of the buttons.
