Hi,
I inquired last week about a problem between the screen display of
letters and the size of the characters on the printer. The response was "
to use the display to increase the font size of the letters." I tried
changing the size of the font but using font size 48 on my computer isn't a
satisfactory solution. At font size 48 some printed characters remain
illegible (too small ie less than -1mm) while the screen size of the
characters obscures everything else. Also, the size of the stars are no
larger than the tip of a pin (LT 0.1 to 0.5 mm). What program
or "dll" controls font size? Can I use v2.76 to control printing.
On occasion, Ciel v3.09 causes an error when exiting, If v2.76
was started first then v3.09 and the reverse occurs when exiting, no
problem occurred.
During the time I was working with the program a major fault
occurred, shutting sown the computer. The MS "Online Crash Analysis"
report said that a device driver may have been the cause of the
problem. Their advice was to continue working with the program while they
looked for a solution. The caned response indicated that they may get in
touch with the "vendor" to help resolve the problem.

         Thanks
         William Allardice
