I have discovered that if you send a DDE MOVE command with a Declination between 0 and -1 degrees (i.e. the degrees part is zero), the sign is ignored. (e.g. DEC: -00d23m31 is interpreted by CdC as DEC: +00d23m31). Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround?
