Peux-je Vous écrire en français, Monsieur? -Vous étés de la Suisse, c'est
pas?-. Je parle et j'écris plutôt mieux le français que l'anglais.
Je veux Vous rémercier pour Vôtres informations, je connaissais pas certaines
d'elles. Maintenant, je crois que c'est mieux avoir un catalogue avec des
désignations définitives. Pour celà je crois mieux attendre les fichiers
definitifs de l'USNO du UCAC. Pendant que Nous les attendons, dans nôtre Grupo
de Ocultaciones Nous chercherons les pareilles étoile - petite planète en
utilisant les positions qui Nous donne Astorb, car J'ai pu transformer le
fichier actuel pour être lu par CdC 2.76 avec le petit logiciel d'un autre
utilisateur que j'ai trouvé dans le Forum de Cartes du Ciel.
Bon, quand Nous aurons la version finale d'UCAC Nous parlerons alors de la
transformation pour CdC avec les dessignations du catalogue definitif.
Mais jusqu'alors, Merci, Merci Beaucoup à Vous, Mr. Chevalley par toute Vôtre
très gentile aide.

I not include the UCAC2 designation in the file for three reason:
- this designation is provisional as UCAC2 is a intermediate catalog,
the final UCAC catalog is due for the end of the year.
- this is only a running number, the final UCAC number will be different.
- the number is not include in the original data but must be computed
using the file u2index.txt.
If you really need this number and are conscious of using a designation
that will be obsolete soon it is easy to modify the program u2conv.dpr
to add the designation computation. The source code is include in the
zip file.
