I'm trying to create a CdC catalog of the winoccult dataset. I've made
good progress and the catalog got parsed and is understood by CdC 3. The
problem is that the proper motion variables as presented by CdC do not
match reality. So I'm feeding catgen garbage. The units winoccult uses
are arc seconds per year. Catgen claims it also takes arc seconds.
Somehow things go wrong.
Can anyone shed some light please?
