Are we talking about the Catalog of Principal Galaxies?  I am able to 
search it from both V3 and 2.76 using the last years PGC but I just 
updated to the latest and no search. I think we have a bust in the 
number format that is now used. It somehow looks odd to me. CdC now 
displays PGC and 7 digits. The PGC search look like it is looking for 
6. This may require more investigation but not on a dark weekend.
