[skychart-discussion] quickest way to set time to UT

Hello,

the latests version of CdC has changed the way timezones are entered. 
This has made it harder to set the time to a UT value because when I 
change the time the timezone is already set. Ideally I'd like to be able 
to paste a UT string like '2007-02-05 03:45:00' and change the CdC time 
to that value. Alternatively I'd like to be able to change the timezone 
in the time dialog.

Any opinions on this matter before I log a Mantis ticket?
