Hi Sander,

To use UT time just uncheck "Country Timezone" in Observatory setting and
select GMT.

I don't like the idea to add timezone setting in the time window, this add a
lot of confusion in the
past version. Now there is just a reminder of which timezone is selected.
Also if no preselection is done by country the list of timezone to select is
too big.

But if the need is only to enter the UT time for an event I can add an input
field where you can
past a formated UT date as you show. This can be added on the "More Options"
button, with the DT-UT
value.

The advantage of the new system is you can use any timezone and it show the
real current time when
you press the Now button. i.e it is now 18:10 UT, if I set the timezone to EST
the chart time show
13:10, and if I change to Eastern Australia it show 03:10, totally independent
of the computer
timezone setting.

This also solve all the problem with DST for any date in the past, this is
incredible how often the
rule change. So often I don't give any warranty for date in the future :-)
