Hunter: Check to be sure you have a folder with the DSO data in it. On my computer it installed to the path "C:\Program Files\Ciel\cat\DSoutlines". If it's there, go to your configuration dialogand select "Catalog", then select option 1, also labeled "Catalog". If there's nothing there, click "add", set the path to the DSoutlines folder, then follow the prompts.
