All I did was change the Absolute mag number in the comet file I used in V3 and it names Holmes in a 90d view and displays a tail when zoomed in. Did you make sure you turned comets on? Also after you edit the comets file you will need to tell CdC to load it. That is in the "load MPC" tab in setup. The only other thing is I did "Save Configuration" as I want comets to display on startup for the time being. Bob
