Hello all, I'm new to this group and have what might be a slightly OT question.
I am still using an old 10" Meade LX6 and would love to interface CDC with it (Not for telescope control but inplace of the digital setting circles). These scopes had a socket on the control panel for a CAT (computer aided telescope) Accessory. I have been wondering if this socket could be used to somehow connect to a PC to interface with CDC. I've already asked on the LX5/LX6 group but seems nobody knows or can find out what the pinout is for that socket or what signals it outputed. Has anybody done anything like this? Thanks - Gary
