Someone named "Lam" recently contacted me off-list with some questions
about making a Chinese language file for CdC. I've never worked with
the language files, so I didn't reply for a few days. When I did, my
reply bounced ("This account has been disabled or discontinued").
I think Lam reads the messages here (why else would he send his
questions to me?), so here's my reply:

I've never worked with the language files so I don't know the answers
to your questions. Why don't you ask on the Skychart-discussion
group? If no one else answers, Patrick (the program's author) will
probably answer.
