I am getting the following message when I try to access the Cartes du Ciel V3 homepage/data.
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /skychart/en/download on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Is anyone else having this problem?
