I haven't used satellites in v3.0, but normally for satellites you need TLE (two-line-element) files for them. Normally you can get them from <http://Celestrak.com> or straight from the US government at <http://space-track.org> (but you'll need to create an account for that source). I'm not sure how CdC handles this. > I an old LX 50 with Magellan, can I have connect it with the sky chart 3.0? Yes, I think so. CdC v2.7 had its own Meade plug-in, and I think that would work with Meade's Magellan system. If v3 doesn't have that, try an ASCOM connection using the "generic LX200" driver, or possibly the "Meade LX200 Classic" driver. -John
