As far as I know, satellite prediction is not supported in version 3.  You'll 
need to use the older v. 2.76 for that function.

I think Patrick is trying to rework the source code for QuickSat so it will 
work in v. 3, but I think he was having "issues" with the old Fortran version 
that QS was built from.
