not the one you've replied to here.

You would have to make sure that the url you send asks for the same  data  that 
CdC asks for when requesting USNO-A2.0 data (or whatever source you're 
"replacing").  And then you'd have to check that the returned data is in the 
exact same format as CdC expects for the USNO-A2.0.
