Hello everybody! Can you please confirm my experience:
I am using build 1233 (the latest) on xubuntu 8.04 and the search function for deep sky objects does not always deliver results although the objects are existent in CdC (for example NGC218, M57). I get the message (I translated it in the meaning of the message: "NGC218 was not found! Probably the catalog is not installed or the wrong path is set in settings dialog." But catalogs are installed, path is correct since some objects are found properly (e.g. NGC4566). It works if I am searching for trivial names, planets, ... Greetings, Michael P.S.
