I assume each line of the file has a pair of RA DEC values. Call them (ra1, dec1) and (ra2, dec2). Then make the following replacements...
ra1 = 0.99*ra1 + 0.01*ra2 dec1 = 0.99*dec1 + 0.01*dec2 ra2 = 0.99*ra2 + 0.01*ra1 dec2 = 0.99*dec2 + 0.01*dec1 Hope this helps. --Bob On Apr 21, 2010, at 8:28 AM, John Sunderland wrote: > Hérald HIVET wrote: >> Thanks John for your answer. >> I opened DefaultConstLn.cln file with text editor and understand that each >> row represents the line to display between two stars RA DEC coordinates. >> but i can't see a way to input an offset value >> >> CS >> Herald >> >> 2010/4/21 John Sunderland <[email protected]> >> > No, you would have to edit the end points themselves.
