The "bright" list only includes bright asteroids that will be at opposition at some point during the current year (note replace the $$$$ in the link by the desired year). Using JPL's graphic orbit generator at <http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov/orbits/> (entering 910 shows the orbit at: <http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/sbdb.cgi?sstr=910&orb=1>) it looks like 910 will be at opp in just a few weeks, but it may not be bright enough. The "bright" list only includes a few asteroids numbered higher than 500.
