Hi everybody Like Patrick, I'm french, but as most of the members are not French, I'll write this message in English.
So, not new Skychart user, but new Skychart with Ascom user. My setup: NEQ6 connected via an USB/Serial adapter to WIN7-x64 laptop. EQMOD 5.5 installed, ASCOM 1.20d installed (tested with other versions). When I try to connect Skychart to the mount, I have "Erreur de chargement ascom.tid". ascom.tid is selected in the configuration/system menu. Everything is ok with ASCOM (works perfect with Stellarium for example). Com port is right chosen, different ASCOM tests successful. Where can it come from? I have the problem on two laptops (we have 3 other ones, both 5 are the same model: HP 6530b dual core, 160Go, 4 Go Mem)). All laptops running the same Win7-x64, all are official Microsoft licences, all are up to date (Windows update in Auto). All Win7 were installed at the same time (same day I would say) with the same DVD. I've tried to desisntall everything, reinstall and so on. No way :( Thanks a lot for your ideas. Pierre
