Pierre: Your English is much better than my French!
I noticed the same problem with my new Windows 7 laptop after I installed the Windows x64 version. So I installed the 32-bit version and that seemed to fix the problem. It seems that in the configuration dialog, under system/setup/telescope, you can't select "ascom.tid" in the "telescope plugin" box in the x64 version. In the 32-bit version you can. Try the 32-bit version and see if it helps you out.
