[Skypeenglish] left bracket commands

How do you get a list of left bracket commands used in the skype scripts?  I 
heard somewhere on here the left bracket is used with skype in some way since 
it's never used anywhere else that key was chosen.  Anyway, any help would be 
appreciated.
