In case no one has answered this yet:  Make sure, in Options >
Notifications, that you have checked the Systray version of Skype call
alerts.  Unfortunately, you will probably need to use the JAWS cursor
to do it, because arrow keys seem not to work on that pair of radio
buttons.  I'm assuming here that you mean to hear who is calling you
for a voice chat.  If you mean you want Skypewatch to report text
chats, there's a plain checkbox for that notification in the same
place.
