Hi! On scripts homepage you'll find instructions about maintaining the scripts installation in cases like upgrading Jaws. I didn't read it through, but I asume that you nedd to copy "default_fs.jsb" and custom "default.jss" from old Jaws 6 folders to new Jaws 9 folder.
