Hi David, For some reason, I did what Michelle said, and when people either sign in or out, I'm not alerted as to who they are. Nor, when someone calls me, jaws just says incoming call, not the contact who's calling. Am I missing something here? Sabrina

You only need to have Skype open and Jaws running, beyond having things properly set in the options as Michele described.
