The third choice, dictionary erging, would have to be coded by hand.
That's entirely doable in Inno Setup, our installer syste, given tie.
I think SkypeWatch would be a better focus for anual installer coding
at this point though. <smile>

in Installer, something like:
- I don't want a dictionary file
- I want a dictionary file
- Merge dictionary file with existing one.
I don't know could Installer make a proper changes in 3rd option, so it can 
merge two files without duplicate entries in it, but that would be a good 
solution, and the "whole tripple choice" idea would solve the user personal 
preferences regarding the use of dictionary.
What do you think?
