[Skypeenglish] A couple of chat issues with the skype beta

Over the past day or so, I've noticed that alt+1 doesn't always read the
most recent message in a chat, but when it doesn't, alt+2 usually does.
Also, regarding voicemails, I'm finding that I have to use the jaws cursor
to play a voicemail. I have a feeling Doug may have mentioned this before,
but I can't remember.
