It is a third party voicemail and call recorder named KissKiss. It is a bit of a pain to opperate at first, but in the options you will find an option for screenreaders. This does not change much in my opinion, however you might find it useful. to download, visit http://www.kwagga.com/ and then klick downloads. In there someware you will find KissKiss.
