A suggestion to doug: if  is it  possible, to make skype command key 
interface global,
means: no matter where we are, pressing some key should enter the skype 
command mode, and we should be able to switch to the chats and other 
features that may be possible via global interface. but if it is 
possible, choos some key that is free almost, I need it specificly while 
checking my mails, and someone sends me chatlines.
