The problem of finding a universally free key is one reason I never
did this.  For now, I'll probably stick with the current arrangement
because it avoids that problem.  It also avoids having to put a huge
bunch of stuff in default.jkm just for Skype.  Basically, every line
that is now in skype.jkm that contains a left-bracket would have to be
copied into default.jkm.
