If you just want to exit skype but keep it running in the system tray/background, then do the task that have been suggested in this thread, If, however you want to exit skype all together, I did have a program that you can use to kill skype then it will log off and exit it from the system tray than using file menu, then close, then system tray (JAWS key <INSERT> F11, then go to skype, then exit) But I don't think I can allow to send it here in the email though.
