Barbuz: I Sincerely did not know. I use Internet Explorer 6 and had no problem while downloading Skype 3.8.0.188. The unique thing was, I used 3.8.0.180 at that time, so I had to go to Skype website, because this is only an hotfix and we're not able to find it by Help / Search for updates if using 3.8.0.180.
