Dear All, Can anyone advise me on how to set up a camera on Skype and how to check to see if it is working?
I have already conducted the following steps: 1. Leave the camera unplugged from the USB port 2. Insert and install the setup program for the camera 3. plug in the camera (PC reacted by announcing the name of the camera) 4. opened Skype Options under tools and set the various rules to "on" so that the camera is visible to all and as fully enabled as possible. 5. saved options 6. No sign of an image on my own screen and no image appearing in the remote PC to which I am calling even though the camera light is on. All suggestions welcome.
