Hi Lisa, the fact thatyou have Skype set to adjust your audio settings is the culpret. What's happening, is your settings are being adjusted to use your computers soundcard, and the mic plugged into it when you go into a call, rather then using the phone. ,, So if you uncheck that, you should be good to go.
