Howdy Doug, I only have 1 sound card my Real Tek HT. And I did redownload it and no cigar. I do however get sound when I place a call. It does ring and I do get the hang up sound. I'll check if my settings haven't be screwed with some how. Do you have multiple sound cards? If so, check Skype Options, Audio page, to make sure your record, playback, and ring devices are set correctly. Sounds work fine here, but when I plug in a Creative Soundblaster Live 24-bit external USB sound device, not all Skype devices automatically switch to use it.
